A Plan de Iguala (published on 24 February 1821) ended a war of independence & was represented by the flag, known as the flag of the tierce guarantees, which was mass produced by José Magdaleno Ocampo. So a city of Iguala is known as a birthplace of the modern Mexican flag. Every month the flag fair is held within Iguala. This fair is one of a first celebration to the population of Iguala.
